Train No. 06188 TIR-JP Shramik Spl left MAJN at 01.22 hrs and planned to detain at PADIL Home signal no. 31A for crossing of Hassan Goods train from KRCL to Mysore Division on single line section. But 06188 train passed Home signal 31A at danger, passed point no. 52 and entered into over run line and all wheels of leading Loco 11295 and one pair wheel of rear Loco 11113 got derailed. No Causality, No Injury. After detaching derailed locos, the rear portion of 24 coaches was backed to MAJN, left spot 03.58hrs, arrived MAJN at 04.10hrs. The train restarted from MAJN 05.28hrs
